| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to establish selected school related factors that influence completion rates among pupils in public primary schools in Gem Sub-County, Kenya. The objectives of the study were to; determine the influence of curriculum factors, leadership style, and teacher attitude on the completion rates of public primary schools in Gem Sub-County. The study used descriptive survey research design. Target population comprised of 100 public primary schools in Gem Sub-County. The instruments of data collection included questionnaires and interview schedules. The instruments were piloted in 10 schools to establish their reliability. The findings of the study revealed that curriculum factors, leadership styles and teacher attitude influenced the completion rate of learners. | en_US |
